Private House Maresme

A serene and green location, in the heart of Maresme and very close to the Mediterranean, is the setting for a private house with a splendid swimming pool. This oasis of calm, located on the lower level of the project, is surrounded by relaxation areas that we have helped to make the most of with GANDIABLASCO. This private house is one of the Gandia Blasco Group's contract projects in Barcelona.

Designed by Anna Alegre, architect and interior designer at Abrils Studio, the home harmoniously blends in with its natural surroundings, whose potential inspires every design and material choice. With the PÉRGOLA and the DNA outdoor loungers, both original design collections by José A. Gandía-Blasco, Abrils Studio translates the owners' imagination into an architectural reality that creatively blends the indoor and outdoor spaces.

The dimensions of Module 2 of the PERGOLA series, 484 x 246 x 250 cm high, make it an impressive solution for enjoying the garden in an intimate and comfortable way 365 days a year. This outdoor PÉRGOLA is built with thermo-lacquered aluminium profiles that we have customised in sand, one of the neutral tones from our range of finishes, and roof covers with folding canvas.

Under this contemporary revision of the wooden pergola, whose wide and multi-purpose structure invites us to create a refuge for meetings, laughter and chats, are various designer sun loungers from the DNA collection, elegant, essential and easy to incorporate. They stand out for their structure and the play they create between light and shadow, as well as for the quality and comfort of the water-repellent fabrics, perfectly suited to accompany both refreshing swims in the pool and moments that call for extra warmth and comfort at any time of the year. ARAM, an original design by Nendo, is once again the chosen piece for a residential outdoor project. In their different formats and sizes, the high outdoor stools and the designer side tables slip in between the sun loungers with their simple, essential and every-day design that highlights to us the value of handmade products.
