Casa Angelina is a contract project by GANDIABLASCO in southwest Italy. Every detail is a Mediterranean ethos. The boutique hotel Casa Angelina is located in the spectacular mountains of the historic municipality of Praiano on the Amalfi Coast. A haven in the heart of nature with 39 seafront rooms and several terraces equipped with our GANDIABLASCO outdoor furniture collections, where guests can enjoy the endless days and quiet evenings surrounded by the breathtaking craggy cliffs of the Amalfi coast. Casa Angelina is the retreat where elegant simplicity and haute Mediterranean cuisine can be enjoyed. The interior architect Marco de Luca has relied on our designer furniture to furnish the outdoor spaces and the restaurant of this attractive boutique hotel in Italy.
The white palette of the hotel's architecture matches the DNA designer sofas from the outdoor furniture collection designed by José A. Gandía-Blasco Canales and accentuates the beauty of the colour of the sea and the sky. With the teak wood of the DNA TECA outdoor chairs, armchairs and high tables, we add warmth and comfort to outdoor dining areas. For its part, the MERENDERO, also designed by José A. Gandía-Blasco and born from our desire to offer a contemporary space to share, frames the fantastic sea views while subtly protecting us from the sun's rays and the breeze thanks to the special fabric cover for exteriors.
The FLAT designer armchairs and outdoor tables by Mario Ruiz set the scene on the terraces of the rooms and blend in with the white architecture of the house. Meanwhile, the STACK designer sun loungers by Borja García, furnish the sunbathing area next to the BALI parasol, an original design by Odosdesign. The STACK bar tables and tall outdoor stools, as well as the FLAT TEXTIL counter stools with backrest, demonstrate that the design of outdoor spaces is in no way at odds with elegance, balance and lightness. Structures reduced to the minimum expression, technical fabrics such as the micro-perforated Batyline® and the versatility of the welded aluminium profiles contribute to this.
