Eminent Towers

In the most exclusive residential area of Asunción, on Avenida Santa Teresa, stand the Torre Vista and the Torre Boulevard. They form the Eminent Towers complex. The Eminent Towers, whose construction was completed in 2020, was promoted by companies such as MRA+A, ABV and Doxa, are the Gandia Blasco Group's contract project in the capital of Paraguay.

The luxury buildings, that at their highest are 30 stories’ high and at their lowest are 22 stories’ high, offer views of the entire city and have services such as a business center, wine cellar and hairdressing salon, among others. In addition, they have parks and swimming pools, outdoor areas in which those responsible for the design project chose outdoor furniture from our brands GANDIABLASCO and DIABLA to create environments integrated with the luxury, robust and avant-garde touches that characterize the architecture of the Eminent Towers and its interior decoration, carried out by the firm Armani Casa.

In an environment dominated by premium, high-quality materials such as marble, steel, iron and concrete, with the collection of modern Balinese beds by GANDIABLASCO we add the beauty and durability of thermo-lacquered aluminum and the customized finishes of the movable coverings and frames, which we always design in special fabrics ideal for outdoor use. Meanwhile, DAYBED designer outdoor beds become bubbles of intimacy under the palm trees.

In other equally serene corners of this location, such the roof terrace of one of the towers that is furnished with different pieces from the FLAT collection, we can unwind under the sky of Asunción. The FLAT contemporary design modules and low tables create living areas that are perfect for outdoor environments and require comfortable, reconfigurable and highly resistant elements. The essential and timeless design of FLAT, by Mario Ruiz for GANDIABLASCO, is also evident in the collection's reclining loungers, which we have equipped the wellness area with.

DIABLA, the Gandia Blasco Group's youngest firm, is also part of the project, combining style and sensuality with the outdoor armchairs from the LIPSTICK collection. With modern and aesthetic lines, this exclusive design by José A. Gandía-Blasco Canales stands out next to the swimming pool where it is integrated perfectly thanks to its resistant material, recyclable polyethylene, and its monochromatic appearance in neutral colors such as white or sand.
