Plum Tree Mews
We traveled to a newly built residence in London, in the quiet south side of Streatham Common, Plum Tree Mews is a contemporary architectural project of around 400 square metres designed by Rafael Borrego of RB12. The aim was to create a warm, welcoming and designer space, for which materials such as aluminum from our GANDIABLASCO designs were chosen. Plum Tree Mews is one of the Gandia Blasco Group's contract projects in the UK.
Divided into two levels, it stands out mainly for its open-plan dining room with direct access to the beautiful inner courtyard where the colour white is omnipresent, both in the elegant fine-cut bricks on the walls and in the zinc cladding.
Inside this bright, modern and versatile family home, light tones such as light oak flooring and neutrals in paint and textiles predominate. With GANDIABLASCO we take action outdoors when the rain lets up thanks to the comfort and multiple possibilities of our outdoor furniture collections.
Different elements of the FLAT series, an original design by Mario Ruiz, create two welcoming atmospheres that make the most of the terrace, both functionally and aesthetically. While the outdoor bench and the FLAT design chairs come in a white finish, the high table in the outdoor dining area has a polyethylene structure and surface in bronze. On the other hand, in the living area, the outdoor sofa and the FLAT design low table coexist with the TEXTILE lounge chairs. This original design by Ana Llobet, which extrapolates concepts and techniques from the world of fashion to that of furniture, offers us perfect ergonomics and great flexibility to bring more warmth and personality to the outdoor sphere.
