The Joseph Sacco Interiors Group team has designed this home understanding that contemporary luxury lies in spaciousness and the quality of materials, creating spaces that breathe and transform. The dwelling is a clear example of integral design, where GANDIABLASCO pieces act as a connecting link, demonstrating their capacity to inhabit both indoor lounges and outdoor terraces with the same sophistication, achieving an impeccable visual transition.

Social life and relaxation in the residence are articulated through the ONDE collection, designed by Luca Nichetto. This ensemble, composed of the ONDE 2-seat sofa, the ONDE lounge chair, and the ONDE sectional 1, invites long days of conviviality thanks to its aesthetic that recalls the comfort of traditional lounge furniture but with the necessary resistance for the desert climate. The ONDE circular coffee tables D120 and D60 from the same series provide dynamism and versatile support surfaces for any time of day, whether for a quiet breakfast or a reception at sunset.

For areas of greater activity and functionality, the project incorporates the geometric robustness of the GBmodular dining table 300, a creation by José A. Gandía-Blasco Canales that stands out for its construction system of aluminium profiles. This piece coexists with the FLAT TEXTIL high chaise lounge and the FLAT high stool with backrest, which offer ergonomic solutions for enjoying the pool or an informal cocktail. In NKM Residence, the combination of the curved lines of ONDE with the structural purity of GBmodular and FLAT allows every corner to be utilised to the fullest, offering its inhabitants a flexible environment where avant-garde design elevates every everyday activity.
