Manhattan Penthouse

From the Mediterranean coast to the Atlantic beaches of New York: GANDIABLASCO finds a home with people and cultures around the world.

MANHATTAN PENTHOUSE is a private residence in 5th Avenue, New York, which combines the classic New York architecture of the historic NYC Gilsey House Hotel, once a meeting place for great writers Mark Twain and Oscar Wilde, and contemporary architecture, with glass and zinc walls that facilitate the transition from inside to outside, giving onto the terrace. A metal staircase joins the three floors of this home, leading to the attic.

On the uppermost terrace of the house, FLAT outdoor furniture collection extends the comfortable indoor living room outside, but with outdoor materials. The ideal spot for relaxing and enjoying views over the New York skyline. Outdoor sofas, the table, chaise longue and FLAT design chair create an elegant visual effect, with light thermo-lacquered aluminium frames that set off the architecture of this home designed by Studio V Architects.
