Balint House

Casa Balint, located in Bétera (Valencia) and designed by Fran Silvestre Arquitectos, is described in terms of visual aerodynamics and blurring boundaries. A privileged location immersed in a golf course is the starting point for this residential project in which we have participated with our brand GANDIABLASCO.

Elliptical lines minimise the volumetric impact on the site and generate a continuous façade that directs the gaze towards the depth of the natural landscape, dominated by Mediterranean greens and blues. Evoking the architecture, in its monochromatic white version, sofas, chairs and outdoor tables and designer sun loungers from the FLAT outdoor furniture collection by GANDIABLASCO, preside over the terrace next to the swimming pool and establishes a ventilated façade that echoes the sinuous nature of the surroundings.

These original designs by Mario Ruiz are easily integrated thanks to their visual lightness, while providing comfort and remarkable flexibility to create tailor-made solutions. With the designer stools and side tables for outdoor use in the Aram series by Nendo, we add multifunctionality and the artisan touch of their interwoven wires to the metal structure, resulting in geometric, light and highly original pieces.

This environment invites us to vary the composition of the outdoor furniture according to the uses, times and seasons of the year. As in all our collections, both the materials of its structure and the fabrics used are highly resistant to outdoor use.
