The CORD dining chair focuses on creating maximum comfort through minimum materiality and volume. Its structure of corded slats is the answer to a functional requirement. The Danish inspiration for ropework is transformed here into a functional and ergonomic design.
The support structure is made of satin AISI 316L stainless steel. The seat and backrest are made of polyester rope, a resistant material suitable for outdoor use. The construction remains absolutely minimal with a thin 12 mm frame. This dining chair is stackable (maximum 4).
This dining chair is highly functional and permits its use in both interiors and exterior spaces. Its design is a key piece for configuring dining areas. Functionally, the chair’s corded slats allow each to curve individually to adapt to the shape of the body, achieving optimal seating comfort. Furthermore, the openings between the slats facilitate ventilation.
The CORD design dining chair is the essential accompaniment to the CORD dining table. The CORD dining table can accommodate up to 4 CORD chairs, creating a sober and elegant dining set.
