The contemporary revision of the quintessential artisan object, the botijo
“TOMÉ is born from a memory of my childhood: watching my grandfather drinking from a botijo with that precise, almost choreographed gesture. When I trained as a designer, I understood that objects also connect us with memory, inviting us to experience them in a different way”.
Luis Fernández Codeseda
TOMÉ is the first product designed by Luis Fernández Codeseda for GANDIABLASCO, a fundamental piece that champions the craftsmanship and tradition of Spanish culture.
This object, an icon common to so many generations, has been reinterpreted with clean, contemporary forms, maintaining its original functionality. Made from terracotta and produced using 100% artisan techniques in a ceramics workshop in Valencia, it is part of the GANDIABLASCO botijo collection, transforming it into an ancestral and essential symbol of Mediterranean culture.
