Legal warranty policy

GANDIABLASCO® products

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, all products of the GANDIABLASCO® brand are covered by a legal warranty of three years from the date of the invoice. This warranty covers any defects in materials or manufacturing that affect the functionality of the products.

Claims related to defects in materials or manufacturing must be directed to the authorized distributor of GANDIA BLASCO, S.A. (holder of the GANDIABLASCO® brand) where the product was purchased, notifying the issue and including the necessary photographs showing the claimed defect, as well as the corresponding invoice or sales receipt.

Repair/Replacement

Once the issue has been reviewed and it has been verified that the product has been used in accordance with the specified normal conditions of use and maintenance, and that the lack of conformity of the product is due to a defect in materials or manufacturing, GANDIA BLASCO, S.A. will determine the appropriate solution. This may involve repairing or replacing the product, at no cost to the consumer, or reducing the price of the product, depending on the magnitude of the defect and other considerations.

Warranty Cancellation:

GANDIA BLASCO, S.A. will not be liable for damages or defects arising from circumstances beyond the manufacturing of the product, such as permanent stains caused by tanning lotions, pollen, cleaning chemicals, or lawn care products, as well as catastrophic weather events such as fires, floods, earthquakes, winds exceeding 40 km/h – 25 mph. Nor will it be responsible for damages caused by accidents, handling, or attempted repair by unauthorized personnel, improper storage, damage during transportation, distribution or delivery of the product, incorrect or inappropriate use or maintenance of the product. Additionally, it will not be responsible for defects or imperfections that may arise over time or due to normal use of the product, such as color loss, changes in wood
texture, scratches on structures, or wear on upholstery.

In case of windy and breezy weather conditions (40-50 km/h – 25-31 mph) or higher, for those furniture pieces with curtains or awnings, it is recommended to remove them to prevent possible damage to materials and/or individuals. *Beaufort scales (wind speed scale). GANDIA BLASCO, S.A. will not be liable for damages and losses caused to persons or property due to improper use and maintenance of the product.

Repair and After-sales services

Outside the warranty period, or when it is canceled due to the aforementioned circumstances, the Technical Service may provide a repair estimate. In these cases, the customer will cover the shipping costs in both directions. Both the cost of the repair and the shipping must be paid before the repair proceeds.
