Private house Medellín
High on one of Medellín's hills, this penthouse stands as an oasis of serenity with unparalleled views of the city. This minimalist-style home is characterized by its functional design and clean lines, which maximize the sense of spaciousness and connect the interior with the impressive urban landscape. Its large terrace becomes the epicenter of social life and relaxation, a place from which to contemplate the metropolis's dynamism, the green valleys that surround it, and the lights that flicker at dusk. The house's architecture prioritizes natural light and spatial fluidity, creating a refuge where sophistication meets functionality. It is a residence that celebrates the beauty of minimalism, offering a tranquil and elegant canvas that invites contemplation and enjoyment of a privileged environment.
To furnish this penthouse's spectacular terrace, the interior design studio Vinci Estudio has selected outdoor furniture from GANDIABLASCO. The SOLANAS collection, designed by Daniel Germani, takes center stage with a functional corner set configured from modules 3, 1, and 6, combined with the collection's pouf. With its clean lines and versatility, it creates an atmosphere of relaxed elegance. The SOLANAS design furniture stands out for its aluminum structure with micro-perforated sheet metal in gently curved shapes and its modular nature, which allows for custom-fitting the space. For the open-air dining area, the 210 high table and 200 benches from the GB Modular collection were chosen, a design by José A. Gandía-Blasco Canales. Made from aluminum, the brand's iconic material, this furniture is lightweight and elegant, adapting to the needs of the space and complementing the terrace's minimalist design. The combination of these collections transforms the rooftop into an ideal place for socializing and unwinding.
