Modern Minimalist

Away from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas, the Modern Minimalist residence emerges as a stage designed for enjoyment and social life, where architecture is not just a shelter, but a catalyst for experiences. The Joseph Sacco Interiors Group studio has projected this home under a premise of spatial freedom, selecting furniture that allows the environment to be reconfigured according to the time of day. In this project, the boundary between the indoor lounge and the terrace disappears, allowing the dynamics of coexistence to flow without interruption under the Nevada sun.

Outdoor life is organised through the versatility of the DNA collection, a creation by José A. Gandía-Blasco Canales. Thanks to pieces such as the DNA sectional 1 with high backrest, the DNA sectional 6 with high backrest, and the DNA armchair, the space is easily transformed from a solitary reading nook into a large lounge area for receiving guests. The geometric structure of these pieces, inspired by the play of shadows from shutters, creates a dynamic atmosphere where the sunset light projects changing patterns onto the pavement, inviting one to linger during outdoor gatherings.

For more relaxed activities and resting after a day in the sun, the ensemble is complemented by the FLAT collection, designed by Mario Ruiz. The FLAT chill bed 100 and the FLAT sectional 1 and FLAT sectional 3 invite total relaxation, while the FLAT high stool with backrest adds informal meeting points for an impromptu cocktail by the pool. In Modern Minimalist, GANDIABLASCO furniture does not merely decorate, but proposes an active and flexible way of living, where each configuration of the DNA and FLAT collections generates a new opportunity to connect with the surroundings in the company of family and friends.
