Concscape Beach House

On the shores of Messilah, Kuwait, the Conscape Beach House emerges as a jewel of coastal architecture. Its renovation, carried out by Babnimnim Design Studio, one of Kuwait's most prominent villa architecture firms, is an example of how to introduce cutting-edge improvements without losing the building's original structure and character. This new project includes a complete interior remodel, the construction of a pool pavilion, and a terraced concrete landscape that leads fluidly to the beach shore. For the sea-facing facade, they added wooden lattices with a metal structure, providing privacy and shade while maintaining the linear rhythm of the original construction. The result is a perfect blend of architectural preservation and modern elegance, a home that exudes sophistication and integrates perfectly with its beach environment.

To complement the project's aesthetic, Babnimnim Design Studio chose outdoor furniture from GANDIABLASCO. The DNA collection, a design by José A. Gandía-Blasco Canales, became the centerpiece of its spectacular terrace. Inspired by the subtlety of Mediterranean lattices and Japanese aesthetics, this collection celebrates the purity of design, free of superfluous adornments. The DNA modules, made with aluminum profiles, offer a wide variety of finishes, allowing for total personalization. Their versatility allows for the creation of a functional corner set by the pool at the Conscape Beach House, which is complemented by the sunlounger table and the 121 cm low table from the same collection.

The DNA sunloungers, with their rigid thermo-lacquered aluminum structure, provide comfort and resistance, thanks to their cushions and pillows filled with water-repellent polyurethane foam. The choice of this collection not only reinforces the modernity of the space but also creates a peaceful atmosphere in harmony with the natural landscape.
