Surrounded by the imposing desert landscape of Las Vegas, the Classic Contemporary residence is a sanctuary of serenity that focuses on warmth and well-being. The project has been conceived to allow light and air to flow without obstacles, creating a total connection between the main rooms and the outdoor environment. This harmony is achieved through the choice of pieces which, by their design and materiality, demonstrate GANDIABLASCO’s capacity to inhabit both indoor and outdoor settings with the same elegance, eliminating any visual barriers.

The aesthetic identity of the home is defined entirely through the DNA collection, a creation by José A. Gandía-Blasco Canales. In this setting of pure lines, the outdoor living area is configured with the DNA 2-seat sofa, the DNA lounge chairs, and the DNA coffee table 91. These pieces, manufactured using a construction system of aluminium profiles, provide an architectural structure that dialogues perfectly with the modernity of the house.

The proposal extends towards the meeting and relaxation areas with elements from the same collection that reinforce the coherence of the design. The dining area features the DNA dining table 268, while the poolside relaxation area is defined by the DNA chaises lounges and the DNA coffee table 41. In Classic Contemporary, GANDIABLASCO furniture not only serves a practical function but acts as the common thread linking every corner of the project, proving that the formal purity of the DNA collection is the perfect tool for creating a harmonious and sophisticated home.
