Chateau JL

In the dynamic setting of Las Vegas, the Chateau JL residential project presents itself as a showcase of contemporary architecture that defies the intensity of the Nevada desert. The home has been conceived as a luxury sanctuary where the purity of forms and the openness of spaces allow for a constant connection with the surroundings. The renowned Joseph Sacco Interiors Group has been responsible for designing an interior that breathes exclusivity, selecting pieces that stand out for their ability to inhabit both indoor lounges and expansive outdoor terraces with the same confidence, achieving impeccable visual continuity throughout the entire property.

The configuration of the outdoor living areas relies on the elegance of the SOLANAS collection, a design by Daniel Germani that stands out for its organic shapes. In this environment of crisp lines, the SOLANAS 2-seater sofa, the SOLANAS lounge chair, and the SOLANAS coffee table 120 are grouped together to form a highly comfortable conversation area. For areas destined for relaxation and casual meetings, pieces from the FLAT and FLAT TEXTIL collections, designed by Mario Ruiz, have been integrated, such as the FLAT circular coffee table D90, the FLAT TEXTIL dining armchairs, and the FLAT TEXTIL high stool with backrest, which provide an architectural and essential aesthetic.

The ensemble is completed with elements designed for maximum relaxation under the Nevada sun, featuring the STACK chaise lounge with wheels, a creation by Borja García that stands out for its lightness and functionality. At Chateau JL, GANDIABLASCO furniture not only serves a practical function but acts as the common thread that unites every corner of the project, showing that timeless design is the perfect tool for creating a harmonious and sophisticated home in any corner of the world.
