Private house Korea

This private residence in Korea stands as a sanctuary of minimalist serenity. Conceived with clean lines and a refined aesthetic, it's a true canvas of light and calm. Through its large windows, natural light flows freely but is softly filtered by a garden that acts as a natural sieve, creating a subtle play of light and shadow that changes throughout the day. The interiors, dominated by a palette of light colors, reflect this luminosity, providing a sense of balance and peace. Each space has been designed to be a refuge, a place where the hustle of the outside world fades away and life is simplified to its purest essence.

To complement the home's minimalist sophistication, the interior design studio The Grein, led by Hyejin Kim, has carefully selected outdoor furniture from GANDIABLASCO. Their main choice is the Menorca Isla module, a collection created by German designer Sebastian Herkner. This internationally awarded outdoor sofa stands out for its organic design and irregular shapes that invite relaxation. With a lightweight aluminum structure and a comfortable polyurethane base, the Isla modules are easily customized with a wide variety of colors for their upholstery and pillows.

Placed in the living room next to a large window that opens to the garden, this modular Isla sofa is accompanied by Isla low tables in their 50 and 80 sizes. These light tables, also made of thermo-lacquered aluminum, add a touch of versatility and design, creating a fluid and harmonious space. The Isla collection not only respects the minimalist aesthetic of the house but also introduces the concept of outdoor living indoors, merging comfort and functionality in a cutting-edge and elegant way.
