Villa Manfredi

Villa Manfredi, in the Italian region of Lombardy, is a romantic residence in a 19th century castle. It was designed by architect Luigi Voghera in the village of Cicognolo, on the foundation and moat of an ancient medieval castle and is now in an excellent state of preservation. Villa Manfredi is one of the Gandia Blasco Group's contract projects in Italy.

In connection with nature and the lush natural landscape of the Cremona countryside, it has ideal spaces designed for wellbeing and relaxation. With the aim of increasing this sensation of fusion with the outdoors, with GANDIABLASCO’s outdoor furniture collections we create indoor/outdoor transition environments that maintain the intimacy and comfort present in the interiors.

The designs, all of them in harmonious finishes and textiles -prioritising neutral colours such as bronze and anthracite grey, ideal for absorbing light and blending into the landscape- extend the relaxation and meeting areas of the villa. Modules 2 of the PERGOLA collection, GANDIABLASCO's step towards small-scale architecture, is an original design by José A. Gandía-Blasco Canales that functions as an outdoor shelter thanks to the assembly of long-lasting aluminium profiles, specially designed for outdoor use. GANDIABLASCO's designer pergolas are customisable thanks to the different options for enclosures, roofs, thermo-lacquered colours and electrification and connectivity options that we offer.

Under the PERGOLAS that are spread around the garden and surrounding the castle, we find outdoor dining and living areas configured with sun loungers, armchairs, low tables and modular outdoor sofas.

Completing the spaces are the CLACK! outdoor folding chairs, an original design by José A. Gandía-Blasco Canales with which we redesigned the traditional wooden and canvas director's chair in aluminium, making it more contemporary, weather-resistant and lighter. Moreover, as it is easily stored and transportable, it invites us to create unique combinations and atmospheres, as elegant as they are changeable. The PIRÁMIDE outdoor design lamps by Diabla, a brand of Gandia Blasco Group, are made of 100% recyclable polyethylene and are a model which boasts great portability, making it easy to change its location. With an architectural cut and more than 1.8m high, it stands as a sculpture of light that enhances the beauty of its surroundings for us.
