The AKA CENTRAL PARK, luxury apartments are in a building dating to 1926 in the heart of Manhattan, opposite leafy central park and 5th Avenue, a stone’s throw from the Metropolitan Museum and the MoMA. It is the Contract project by GANDIABLASCO in Midtown Manhattan.

The hotel has 134 spacious suits, furnished with contemporary designer pieces, with Technogym equipment and the opportunity to enjoy superb breakfasts with attractive views over the city skyline.

The hotel’s outdoor areas belong to two suites on the 17th floor, a venue for outdoor starlit evenings. The GANDIABLASCO outdoor furniture collection helps to create a great atmosphere: the architectural lines of the design complement the geometric lines of the New York skyscrapers, while contrasting with the modernist architecture of the building.
